According to the reports, the stock status of EPAM Systems has been upgraded by Piper Sandler analysts to “overweight”. Prior to the change, the stock status of EPAM Systems was at “neutral”. The analysts revealed that they have performed checks on the company’s programs and they are looking very promising.
Johnson Controls’ Shares Soared by 2.8%
The share prices of Johnson Controls experienced a 2.8% surge in premarket trading. The share prices of Johnson Controls experienced a surge after the analysts at the Bank of America initiated a positive coverage for Johnson Controls.
The HVAC producer had its stock rating initiated by the Bank of America analysts with a “buy” rating. According to the Bank of America analysts, Johnson Controls is constantly gaining upward momentum in its growth and business expansion.
By attempting the de-carbonization strategy, Johnson Controls has gained the trust of many investors and it has witnessed a 42% growth. The company is now gaining a lot of recognition and reputation in the smart buildings construction sector.
Activision Blizzard Shares Surged by 3.3%

Berkshire Hathaway, which is owned by Warren Buffett has announced that they have been increasing their stake in Activision Blizzard. They have revealed that so far, they have a 9.5% stake in Activision Blizzard, and they will continue increasing it.
This is because they are confident that Microsoft will not complete its deal with Activision Blizzard for its acquisition.
AMD Shares Surged by 8%
The share prices of AMD have experienced an 8% surge in extended trading marketing. AMD experienced the rise after sharing its earnings for the first quarter of 2022.
AMD reported that the analysts had predicted earnings worth $0.91 per share, while AMD shared actual earnings worth $1.13 per share. The revenue that the analysts had predicted for the first quarter was $5.52 billion. The actual revenue AMD reported was worth $5.89 billion.
Compared to the first quarter of 2021, AMD reported it generated 117% more earnings in the first quarter of 2022. For the revenue, AMD reported it generated 71% more revenue compared to the first quarter of 2021.
